Lifeguard Training

International and Singapore Certification

Lifesaving is the act involving rescue, resuscitation and first aid. It often refers to water safety and aquatic rescue.

Life-saving skills are important to know because it is not only just a life long skills that you can apply in everyday life and also use to help others when in need.

The reasons for learning lifesaving (CPR, First Aid and water skills) are simple: because when a situation that requires those skills, the fastest person who can help is usually those right beside it.

In a case like CPR, of course it has to be someone else. For first aid, the situation may be something you can perform on yourself as well as others. A knowledge of basic first aid can make the difference between life and death.

In short, the more people we have on our streets with those skills, the better it is for society, don't you think so?

So, let help us make our environment a better place for us to live in.
